The Seven2 R-series blades employ patent pending resurface technology. The buoyant blades pop to the surface of the water, reducing the energy needed to pull the blade out of the water, giving the sensation of a spring in your stroke. The more buoyant the blade the more leverage a paddler has in performing braces and rolls. The completely redesigned 2003 R-series blades are bladder molded as one complete piece of composite. By molding the carbon without dissimilar materials (foam, plastic dynel edging) the lightest, strongest and most impact resistant blade on the market has been created.

Bent shafts are manufactured excessively stiff and heavy in an effort to strengthen the weak points created by kinks in the fabric inherit with bending any tube. Our patented thick walled, reduced diameter straight shaft design in combination with 8° angle grips improves direct energy transfer to the blades without the wobble, flex disruption or strength compromise of a bent shaft. Engineered for an ergonomic flex pattern our 100% carbon shaft has the perfect balance of flex and power, reducing arm fatigue and shoulder injury while creating a power and lively stroke.
