DECK

• 3/4” SKIDGUARD MARINE PLYWOOD – Weather resistant – Does not splinter – Marine type laminate – Much more durable and weather resistant than regular plywood – Plywood is installed on the top of the frame to avoid sharp metal edges from abrading the boat.
• TORX FASTENERS – Grade 8 self taping screws - Stronger than rivets – Low profile to avoid abrasion – Easy to remove.
• OVERSIZE TIE DOWN LOOPS/STEPS – 3 heavy-duty tie down loops are welded to each side of the bed. Large enough to use as steps.
• STAKE POCKETS – 12 pockets total are welded to the frame, 4 on each side and 2 on each front side.  Accept a standard 2x4 for sides.
• REAR ROLLER – Rafts glide on and off  – Sealed ball bearing mounted roller – Built for easy removal if needed.

FRAME

• STRONG – All welded rectangular 2”x 3”x1/8” & 2”x 4”x1/8” tubing – All parts are drilled for water drainage.
•   DRAW BAR – Strong 3”x 3”x 1/8” square tubing is gusseted with 2” x 3” tubing for strength – Drawbar drops 8” for level towing on most vehicles – Drawbar handle makes for easy handling of the trailer – Strong strap drawbar stand keeps the coupler above the elements.
•  COUPLER – Plated not painted for durability – Bolted on instead of welded for easy replacement if damaged.
•  LIGHTS – Front, rear and side running lights make the trailer more visible when traveling and backing than just reflectors.
•  WIRING – All wiring is internally ran through the tubing frame – All lights are sealed & waterproof – 6 hole round wiring plug instead of less expensive 4 flat – Wiring harness plug holder keeps debris out of plug receptacles.

 UNDER CARRIAGE

• TORFLEX AXLE – 2000 LB rated – Rides likes independent suspension versus bouncy spring mounted axles – Larger heavy-duty spindles.
• EASY-LUBE SPINDLES – A grease fitting on the end of the spindle transports grease to the area between the bearings and allows the grease to be forced out through the bearings. Unlike bearing buddies which only grease under the grease cap and doesn’t allow grease to penetrate through the bearings.
• WHEELS – Quality white spoke steel wheels.
• TIRES – High quality ST175-80-R13C steel belted radials – 6 PLY 50 PSI trailer duty rated tires – 24” overall diameter – 7” tread width – Max load rating is 1360 LBS per tire @ 50 PSI per tire.
• SPARE TIRE MOUNT – Mount is welded under the trailer bed keeping the spare out of sight and out of the way – Lockable mount.

OPTIONS

• WINCH STAND & WINCH –  Heavy duty 24” tall angled stand easily attaches with plated ubolts. Doors and tail gates will operate with trailer attached to vehicle.
• SPARE TIRE –  We stock the same quality steel belted radial mounted on a quality white spoke wheel.
